Once we receive complaints: the following steps will be performed that are as follow:

1) You will receive a complaint Reference Number.

2) You will be contacted within the first 8 Hours.

3) We will send your complaints to the concerned department.

4) We assure you of resolveing your complaints within 10 Working Days.

5) If we do not resolve your complaint within 10 Working Days; you can then contact the following authorities that are as follow:

Council of Cooperative Health Insurance (CCHI)

Saudi Central Bank (SAMA CARES)
