The General Secretariat of the insurance disputes is pleased to announce the launch of applying for amicable reconciliation in Insurance Disputes through the website of the Secretariat, which is one of the alternative dispute resolution for insurance disputes, this aims to enable the parties of an insurance disputes to reach to a satisfactory settlement of insurance disputes In accordance with the regulations and procedures governing the reconciliation approved by the decision of His Excellency the Minister of Finance No. (9520) dated (03/11/1439 H).
